I've always been the type of person that preferred to pick up my own sticks and kill my own snakes, so it doesn't come natural for me to ask for help on something like this. But this isn't about me. It's about reducing the size and cost of our government, and that's something that affects all of us. When I ran for District 54 Representative in 2006, I won 6 precincts and received 22% of the vote in Wayne County in a three way race. My campaign cost a little under $12,000.00. The winner of the contest invested over $200,000.00 in the race; over $90,000.00 in the last week. I know that we can win. I also know that we have to compete financially. I thank you for your help.
